Stayed at the Bonaventure a couple nights prior to cruising to the Bahamas. Scott R. took care of us and we were in Building 7. Room was clean, nice and large - just a bit outdated. Ate at The Banyan Restaurant and Cafe Zen which both had good food and good service! Next time we visit we will have to try the spa amenities. Thank you Bonaventure!

Went down for a week for business.  The people were friendly but the reason for my 2 rating is mainly the rooms and the buildings are very ran down.  The upkeep just looks old, the TV in the room was an old LG non HD TV and the beds were very uncomfortable and that reminded me of a hospital bed.  I would look elsewhere for a good place to stay.

Zero star....Worst services for a "resort" ever.   Don't waste your time and money.   We were "removed" from lobby area while waiting for pizza for kids soccer team to eat.  Furthermore, was told we can't "hang out" in the lobby.  Beds were not queen size as advertised.  Room key cards didn't work,  had to go back to front desk twice after checking in.  Front desk was a mad house, with upset guests trying to check in.  Every guest was upset about something or another.  Extremely disappointed.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are dated as well as everything in them. The cordless phone in the bedroom doesn’t function in the slightest and the pullout couch where my kids were supposed to sleep may as well have had a piece of cardboard as a mattress. When we a requested a cot (we were the first on the waiting list) we never received one despite asking 24 hours in advance. My kids slept on the floor. If god forbid I wanted to lock away my valuable items, I would be in crisis because the lockbox doesn’t work. If you wanted to time travel and receive the same accommodations you would’ve in the ‘70s, look no further. This is the hotel for you. Bathrooms are nice though.

WOW 😳 what a fantastic place to enjoy with your significant other! My wife and I are both local roofing contractors and my wife has always wanted me to enjoy this place with her but me and spa....yeah right, wrong! I am so glad I decided to take her up on her offer a few months back because we have been enjoying monthly spa trips together since then and it gets better every time. From the friendly staff all around the resort to the top notch gym - we love this place! You've got customers for life! Guys.... go to the Spa with your wife, hit the gym, hit the sauna, hit the steam room and finish with a couples massage, you'll be very happy you did! ✌️
