I would absolutely recommend Bond to anyone moving to New York. Susie Pintucci was an amazing agent and found my perfect apartment. Great coach through what sometimes felt like an impossible process/market and always able to answer my questions quickly. Overall I'm very happy with my experience!

My experience with Alicia and Bond could not have gone any better. Alicia was a delight to work with. She's not the 'hard sell' type, she's never pushy, and she always encouraged me to listen to my gut and go with the home that best suited ME.

She understood exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to find just the right place for my needs and style. She was tireless during our walks around the city and a pleasure to be around. Alicia is not only talented, a good listener, and determined—she also makes me laugh! 

I'm so happy with my new home. What's not to like?

Patrick Judge is easily one of the most professional brokers I've dealt with. He was able to cater to my moving criteria with his extensive knowledge of NYC neighborhoods. Patrick was always prompt with his responses and made apartment hunting a smooth and easy process.

Hikaru at Bond was a pleasure to work with. We did not end up renting an apartment from her, but she was by far the best agent in every respect among the many we worked with: She finds great apartments (that aren't out of your range), is timely and professional in all her correspondences, and is totally honest with you, putting your needs above her own desire to make a commission. To most brokers in NYC real estate, you are just a number -- a fee waiting to be collected when they put you in an apartment as quickly as possible. But Hikaru treats you like a person; she takes her time, not rushing you along, and is always very friendly (which is a big help in apartment-hunting, a naturally stressful process). I highly recommend her for anyone looking for real estate in NYC.
