In the 10+ years my boyfriend and I have both lived in the city, neither one of us has ever had a good experience with a broker until we met Eva Shea. She actually manages to make looking for an apartment in Manhattan an enjoyable experience- that is really saying something. Eva really went above and beyond for us. We have two dogs and were having a really hard time finding places that would take them. Eva dedicated her time to us, calling management companies to make sure they would be okay with our pets. She then, this was my favorite part, actually went to all of those places and sent videos of the spaces to us so we could determine which apartments we wanted to view. In the end, she found us the *perfect* place, exceeding our expectations. 
Eva is honest, kind and positive- three traits that are refreshing to find in anyone, but especially someone who is helping you find your new home. She is someone you can trust to really get the job done for you and I highly highly recommend her. If we ever move again she will be the first person we call!

Eva is very honest, responsive and cares about what you want for an apartment! I have talked to several agents and I think Eva is substantially better than any others. If you are moving definitely consider her!

Afik was amazing! He was super helpful and responsive. He clearly knows his stuff. Every building we went to, he knew all the details and made sure I was informed about everything. You can tell he's super hard working and driven. I didn't really have a solid idea of what I was looking for, but he showed me a bunch of great options and knew exactly what questions to ask to help me try to figure that out. He always had my best interests in mind, and he found me the perfect apartment for a great price in just half a day. He's awesome, and I couldn't have asked for a better broker!

Simon Was VERY helpful! We are new to  NYC.  NYC prices and sizes were a bit of a shock but Simon took the time to show us lots of options, locations, sizes, and price points.  He wasn't pushy but he did try to give us information, which was helpful.

I'm very happy with my new home. It took a few viewings before finding the perfect place, but thankfully Matan was very patient and helpful. Although I was pretty stressed out at first with the thought of finding a new home, Matan helped make the entire process very easy for me. Throughout the entire affair, he was always readily available to answer all of my questions and concerns. I appreciate the knowledge and assistance! I look forward to reaching out to Matan again in the future, and will definitely recommend his services to all my friends and family.
