For my birthday, my husband made a reservation for dinner. This was our first time dining at Bonefish Grill. Everything was perfect besides the weather. From the hostesses greeting us as soon as the door opened with great big smiand welcomes. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The manager Andrew took the time to go over the menu and gave great recommendations on what to order our first time from drinks from the bar to appetizers to entrée selection. Parking: Alot of parking
Rough welcome on the way in but MS.LISA!!made our visit worth while she was an amazing waitress and made us delicious drinks! The food was wonderful although my steak was cold but ms.Lisa service was so fantastic it didn’t bother my experience at all Then she put our food away in the to go boxes such a fantastic woman she really made our visit
Our friends, my wife and I party of eight enjoyed a truly remarkable dining experience @ Bonefish yesterday. Our meals were delicious. The service was 100% 1st class, thanks to Vega. She's truly the VERY BEST OF THE BEST. Kudos to Vega...and staff... We will certainly return and ask for Vega. Looking forward to our next visit hopefully Vega will be our waitress.. Everything was awesome !!! My food was amazing, but my service was A1 like my steak sauce, lol. Arkeith took great care of me today. If only he knew how bad of a day I had yesterday, his customer service definitely made today awesome!!! It's hard to find great servers. Today, he let me know that there are still amazing ppl in the customer service world. Arkeith, thank you for being awesome !!!
My partner and I went for a dinner and oh my the place do not disappoint. The quality of food justified the price. What I like about the restaurant is the way the staff guide us in selecting our dishes. For our fortieth wedding anniversary, we chose Bonefish, Pineville. We had a fabulous Redfish Oscar dish that rivaled the New Orleans version where we were married forty years ago! Our server was splendid, being very attentive without hovering! much appreciated I suppose cloth tablecloths and a bit more ambiance would have improved our experience a bit, but we hardly noticed. Cudos to the chef, the server and to Bonefish Grill, Pineville for creating for us a memorable experience we will cherish always! The complimentary raspberry cheesecake did not hurt our feelings, either!!! Kid-friendliness: Children were there, but not seated where they disturbed we seventy-two year olds, celebrating our fortieth!
Me and my family recently came here for a graduation dinner. The service was very slow but the food was really good. I really like bonefish grill but I don’t care for this specific location. I ordered the new signature pasta and I’m glad I did because it was amazing !Food: 3/5
UPDATE: Nov 2023 previous review is from 2016 or 2017 I had the Bacon Egg Cheese Tacos with French Toast sticks. I ate the eggs and bacon. why is the taco not full? And when you think french toast, you think cinnamon and vanilla, not lemon. I'm positive they cut a lemon pound cake into sticks and deep fried. It tasted fine but not what you would expect so several people I dined with didn't like it. The only reason I rated service a 2 is because the server kept his composure. But on 2 occasions I asked the bartender if I could see the manager and she avoided coming out at all cost. She claimed to be helping the server correct our incorrect checks, but when people rendered payment, she went back and gave it to him to process so it slowed him down on correcting the checks. It took over 90 minutes to get our final checks! 90 MINUTES!!! A teo hour brunch turned in 4 hours. One person got their food 40 mins after everyone else and the manager didn't care. I was dining with an brunch organization with locations in over 90 cities including international ones. I can't see dining at Bonefish for brunch ever again! ************************************ Great happy hour! I sampled all 6 apps and tried the Tropical Tiki Martini and the Raspberry Vodka Collins. And the service was excellent!
On our date night this week, we revisited Bonefish Grill after years and were pleasantly surprised. The service was swift and friendly, and the menu has improved. Our meals were exceptional, particularly the appetizers and soup. We loved the Corn Chowder & Lump Crab soup and the Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts, which were incredibly delicious. Needless to say, we won't wait years to come back here again!
My friend and I stopped here for dinner after the movies. Nice ambience, vibe and decor. Our server Riley was nice and informative. I ordered the wood plank salmon and mashed potatoes/ cream of spinach. My friend got the pasta. The salmon was cooked to my liking but the blueberry or whatever it is they put on top I was not a fan of & my friend said her pasta was bland. I had a few bites and took it to go. The bang bang shrimp is delicious.
