Not my cup of tea. Self Serve when food is ready. Not into paper napkins. It is wheelchair accessible parking is a little strange. The food all taste the same with the Hickory flavor.. prices prices are good.Food: 1/5

I just traveled in from Texas & had hopes that this would be good because of the ratings. But NOPE it was disappointing! We spent $50 on a 3 meat 2 side plate with a pulled pork sandwich. The brisket was seasoned but dry, the chicken was smoked but no seasoning, the mac & cheese is dry, the BlackBerry mojito didn't taste like mojito, & you have to purchase cornbread separately! I would've given it a lower score, but the people were really nice. Be prepared to wait because speed isn't a priority.

2019 update: bbq beef brisket used to be good. Now it's like beef jerky. Dry and tough. Very sad 2017: Replaced the old Bo's BBQ...  Slow service and disorganized. The food is good, but pricey and small portions

I ordered 3 sliders. With 3 different meat options. Then was told I can only have 1 meat choice on all 3 sliders. Wow ok..... so I chose chicken. Can't mess that up right.... nope. I was served 3 cold buns with only chicken on it. Nothing else. No sauce nothing. Complete garbage. I will never come back to this place. It's all show. No service

Go for the music, stay for the ribs. This place does nothing great but everything well. The food is good but not fantastic, same with the service. That said, on a good night, there is no better place in town to kick it with some jazz, brisket, Shiner and a finish of banana pudding which is solid.

Fantastic meats, and some great sides. Also probably the best burger in the Bay Area. Hard to miss this place, as you can smell it from 24 most days as their smoker is going.

Best BBQ in the bay! I always come here for the brisket, chicken and ribs. Everything has been smoked for hours and you can smell it from miles away. Haven’t found a better place for bbq. The owner is incredibly sweet and definitely knows his Texas bbq!

Had the ribs and brisket with coleslaw & collard greens.  All of my food was delicious!  The young man behind the counter was very friendly & welcoming.  Great first experience, and will go back to try out their other offerings.
