I simply replicated what we experienced in the streets of Paris and what appealed to so many Americans traveling through France. Using the same high quality ingredients and techniques that Bistro chefs have used for generations, we bring you daily the best breakfast and lunch in town. From our modest 1992 beginnings with little room and no employees, we have grown through 3 remodelings, a 500 sq. ft. kitchen, and 15 employees.
