I had my daughter here and after I left, they called CPS on me for declining a K shot. Someone said it was required by state but it wasn’t. They also said in the report that I was agitated. I was only agitated while I was giving birth and had an extremely rude, young red headed nurse telling me to deal with the pain and talking down to me. I had to request another nurse who was very nice and understanding. When the CPS case closed, the immediately sent me a bill for “same day discharge” and an encounter fee for my daughter. Besides this whole terrible experience, the hospital is quite Stone Age like others mention. There are some very sweet nurses here and a few good docs but there are also some very bad, scary ones. I don’t want to start calling out names because this is a small town, but I really do wish this place had a better hospital and people.

Wish I could rate negative five! I went in cause I was having a miscarriage and they where pretty busy the front desk lady told me After I said I'm having a miscarriage and I quote "well don't you see how busy we are what do you expect us to do go to urgent care"! She was so rude so I just went to urgent care where they said no you must go back to the er. Urgent care called them made them apologize to me and get me in then after all is said and done and I get my bill I call to set up payments and talk to Emily the payment manager. She said I have to pay fifty dollars a month well being 20 and already having a hefty amount of bills I told her I couldn't afford it most I could do was thirty instead of working with what I could afford she was insanely rude saying it was my choice to get prego not there fault I had a miscarriage and she won't expect any payments less then $50 or she will send it to collections! I'm disgusted with there unprofessional rude staff they have no care for patient health. I would never in a million years recommend anyone to go there. I'm absolutely reporting Emily for how she spoke to me and other staff! We need to expose them and not allow this to keep happening it's a disgrace to health care !!!!!

Nothing but good to say about this place. The people were exceptional. I made an unplanned visit from Schweitzer on a weekend. The nurses Rachel, and Sarah were great, professional and friendly. I required some time in the OR under general. Dr. Brent Leedle the surgeon, Adam the CRNA and Nurse Angelica came in on Saturday evening to take care of me! No doubt they preferred to be where they had been before getting a request to come to the Hospital. After waking from the procedure Nurse April was a great way to get back to consciousness. Matt from Pittsburg no less, wheeled me out of the hospital The whole experience could not have been better. I am grateful to all of them. My "rehab" has been amazing, which is a testament to how well I was treated by my CRNA the Nurses and Dr. Leedle at Bonner General! I would rather not repeat the "experience" but highly recommend all of them!

Absolutely wonderful operating room and nursing staff during my total hip replacement surgery last week.  Every bit as good as one of the best orthopedic hospitals in the country, St. Joseph's in Orange CA, where I had first hip replaced in 2009.  And the food was pretty good too!
