So far our experience has been a positive one. Dr Anderson is FABULOUS as well as most of the nursing staff and the nursing assistants and other specialized departments such as Respitory and the various therapies. As with all facilities, they need to listen to family members more when receiving a new patient. They've been wonderful in treating my spouse so far. Overall great experience.

About 8months ago my aunt was at Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital after a terrible accident. The staff are A PLUS in my books and the best team who cared for my aunt. To this day she still says how well she was cared for by everyone there from doctors, nurses, aids, therapy, so many wonderful people. She would have never made it home if not for the care she got here.

These people killed my father, who was trying to recover from a broken leg. They gave him too many meds and his heart stopped for a long time. I have an affidavit from a nurse that explains the horrible care he received (I sent it to the facility in fact) and how they caused his brain injury that left him a vegetable for 6 years until his slow painful death. There was a case, but it was dropped because of fraud on the court. They made sure not only they took my fathers life, but destroyed him and his family financially just so they did not have to make any type of reparations what so ever. Worst place in the world.

The WORST staff I have ever seen. I went there recovering and left back to sacred heart in critical condition and on a breathing tube. The nurses not only ignored me Everytime I pushed my call light, a few even came in and moved it across the room so I couldn't access it, and when forced to come In and do their job more than once I was put on a bed pan then left to go on break so I would be left for 20 minutes in pain. I didn't do one bit if physical therapy and after their neglect put me back in critical condition, they "lost" my belongings, and avoided my families attempt to collect them as long as possible, but only offered to replace a couple things (the cheapest versions possible) but my pictures ect cannot be replaced without any apologies, just attitude. Thanks to the wonderful sacred heart and St Luke's staff I made a full recovery from the neglect I suffered there. Don't let your family go to this death trap!!! Edit: to the owners response, my family tried to work with you in 2015. But it is hard when a doctor refuses to talk to the patient or the family, does a doctor even work there? Every time we heard about one they were "a couple rooms away" but never actually made it to my room. I was there a very short time and went from recovering pretty well to back to critical condition. There is NO excuse for the way I was treated by your staff (hiding my call button, leaving me on the bed pan ect.), there is NO excuse for your staff stealing my personal items, and as far as I'm concerned there is NO excuse for the "owners" rude response degrading my horrible experience there.

Best thing I can say it was clean. Nurse practitioner were wonderful! Son had one cna who was caring and excellent. Rest of staff was uncaring at best. Housekeeper was more caring than most professional staff. Never had a doctor decline to talk to me before, this one did. He referred us to the nurse practitioner, who I thought he supervised. The case manager was a complete waste of time. She changed her story every every time a different person talked to he telling one couple our son had been eating since admitted and refusing food. There was a npo on his door and white board. Apparently she didn't know that means nothing by mouth. Don't make the same mistake we did. Do not send your family there. Horrible
