In just two days, after the initial estimate was made (which went very smoothly and with great expertise from Mary S), the team installed two heater and air conditioner units and one water heater in the main house. At all times the team was courteous, concerned about tracking in and out of the house (booties off and on many times) and answered any questions or concerns immediately. The house was left in great shape. They worked through rain, several long crawls under the house (especially Guillermo) and coordinated the work between the two departments. Very impressive!

Best experience we've ever had with a service company from beginning to end. They made the installation of a new Heating and Air system so painless. The crew on the day of installation were friendly, courteous, and so quiet that it was hard to believe we had anyone in the house or attic. They did EVERYTHING and answered all our questions, and actually asked us a few questions before doing placement of the new AC compressor. Throughout the day, they informed us of their status, and upon completion, went over everything that was done and what still needs to be done, etc. Up until this particular service, we thought this type of professional service was a myth! We're so happy we went with Bonney and are looking forward to seeing them for maintenance of our new system. Thank YOU!

Scott was scheduled to arrive between 1pm & 5pm. Around 4pm received phone call from office that Scott was running late and his new arrival time was 5:30 and he arrived at 5:35pm. Scott was friendly and asked about any problems with our heat/pump/AC unit. We just needed a maintenance check-up which he began on immediately. As he worked he explained in detail exactly what he was doing and why. Each step was a beneficial education with informative and helpful instructions on what to watch for and be observant of during and throughout the different seasons and weather conditions for our unit. He offered several options for future maintenance and upgraded thermostat controls that could enhance our control. Scott is obviously very dedicated to his profession and treated us as valued customers. I would highly recommend Bonney Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air.

Joey arrived on time , after examining my split unit heat and air, he did a complete maintenance check. He then explained the units limitations and suggested options for better performance and to reduce stress on the compressor, motors, and other operating parts. His explanations including amperage ratings were very clearly explained and I had no trouble understanding what was needed if I choose to adopt a suggestion. There was no sales pressure to make any changes. He was very personable and easy to work with. Dan

I highly recommend Brice Truro from Bonney Plumbing. He arrived on time for our appointment, replaced the interior fixtures in my two toilets and flushed my hot water heater, and was very personable and polite. When a part wasn’t quite right, he made certain it was corrected. I am very confident about his expertise and appreciate his professionalism. I’ve been a very satisfied customer of Bonney for over a decade, and Brice’s work and positive attitude are yet another example of the fine work by their employees.
