Krav Maga is a certain approach to self defense.  I've been to 3 classes now and have learned so much, like how to get out of a choke hold, how to take throw a proper punch and how to stand properly.  However I realize that 3 classes isn't enough.  I signed up for the 6 month program because practice is where it's at.  I can see how one class isn't enough to get these crucial moves down.  I am hooked!   I love the vibe at Strike Krav Maga and look forward to every class!  I highly recommend this style of training for self defense and physical fitness.

Finnest close combat class I have ever taken. Many of the instructors are police and therefore, know how to incorporate Krav Maga. The best part is that they train six days a week which can help you learn more and learn fast. I was sorry to see it close.
