I LOVE FIT BODY BOOT CAMP!!! When I first went into this I was very nervous about if I could actually do a boot camp but I quickly found John to be a fabulous trainer. I had done all the classes at the gym (spin, zumba, etc.) but always seemed to get burned out and never really saw results. John made me feel (and still does) like I can do anything.He is great at giving easier and harder variations of the workout if needed. Everyday is a new workout. John is certainly motivating and as a bonus I have met some great people here. This boot camp has created more than just a physical change with me. I look forward to going to Fit Body every morning and would highly recommend this boot camp!!!

3 months ago I was looking for a way to fit into my tuxedo for my wedding and lower my cholesterol. By my wedding day (6 weeks later) I was 25 lbs lighter!! John's approach to the boot camp concept is revolutionary and fun! We never do the same thing twice so our bodies are always guessing and changing(for the better). He also provides support in all areas of fitness, nutrition, injury prevention, and mindset. John brings a lot of passion, infectious energy and enthusiasm to every workout session. Santa Clarita Fit Body Boot Camp is fantastic! I really needed to get out of my rut and get back in shape and with John's inspiration I am well on my way! I've only been going a couple of weeks, but I've already lost 8 pounds and more importantly I feel GREAT! I love the workouts! They are fun and motivating, and even though I'm not a "morning person" I am really enjoying how productive I feel and how ready I am to "take on the day!" John gives everyone a lot of individual attention, making sure you are doing everything correctly and don't get injured; it feels like I have a personal trainer!

I have always HATED physical activity. And as I have gotten older, that has taken a toll on my body. I have been going here for 4 weeks and am LOVING it! I look forward to going every morning, and the workouts are never boring. Johnny encourages you to do your best without being mean and the personal attention is great. All of my friends and family have already noticed a difference.
