Story

The Book Nook is a small chain of used book stores around Greater Atlanta and our doors first opened in 1973. Our Marietta store is located near the intersection of Roswell Road and Lower Roswell Road.

Our inventory includes books, DVDs, Blu-rays, LPs, CDs, puzzles, video games, board games, action figures, and comic books. We offer trade credit for your used items, and offer cash for select items. See below for more details about our trade/cash policies.

Paperback books - 5¢ to 20¢ cash / $1 to $3 of Book Credit
Hardcover books - 25¢ to $2 cash / $3 to $6 of Book Credit
CDs - 50¢ to $2 cash / $1 to $2.40 Universal Credit
DVDs -50¢ to $3 cash / $1.25 to $3.60 Universal Credit
Blu-rays - $1 to $5 cash / $1.50 to $6 Universal Credit
LPs - 35¢ to 50¢ cash (up to $3 for some artists)
Comic books - 5¢ cash

Books Credit covers up to ½ of your book purchase.
Universal Credit covers 100% of your purchases.
