Wish you didn't have to walk around aimlessly to find the section you want, only to find another section with the same content on your way to the register. Love the store, but maybe some cross reference signage may help customers find what they want in a timely manner.

Nice book store. Friendly, helpful employees.  If you need a physical book, this is as good a place as you are likely to find.

Cashier signed a teenager up for multiple magazine subscriptions / future billing without verifying minor's age and ability to accept responsibility for future purchases. Manager was unhelpf stating that there was nothing more she could do but refer me to an automated 800 number to try to cancel/ stop further charged...or contact a lawyer! Ridiculous. Major fail. This location will never get my business again.
