They layout makes it cozy to browse but you're not let to your own devices in the least.   The staff will help you find what you're needing even if it means guessing titles with you.   
There's a few comfy chairs for you to sit and read in and some toys put out in children's books to help keep them satisfied.

The staff is very nice, I can always find what I'm looking for or have it ordered. The selection is nice, maybe not a Barnes and Noble, but nice. Love the little coffee shop too.

The young man that helped me today was great but he was the only person there until  10:30 today.  No help at all on the floor ! NOT a good experience at this store.

Love bookstores. Getting hard to find in the ebook age. I like to hold them in my hand before deciding on a purchase.

We saw this place while vacationing and couldn't help but stop.  We haven't seen a Books-A-Million in years!  It was nice and spacious with a good selection.  It seemed to be a family-friendly place, unlike the one we used to live near.  The employees were friendly.  Everything was organized well, making it easy to find things.  It was a relaxing break.
