Great selection of books. Almost every genre is available. 

If there is a new release, you may not find it on the shelf if it's part of a series. I went in for the fifth book in a series and had to ask the person at the register. It was in two places, neither of which was with the rest of the series. 

That being said, the staff was extremely helpful. They are always nice when I go in.

Nice store with big selection. Usually a bit understaffed. Has coffee shop plus tables in one area of the store.

WATCH FOR SCAM! I fell victim for the magazine subscription and had to change my entire debit card and account do to claiming it as fraud. It was very frustrating that the associate had LIED and stated there were no charges for the magazines, and that I would just get the 3 subscriptions free for 2 months. I never gave them my card info, and in fact found out they take the card number used for a purchase from the pin pad, and apply it to be charged for the magazines. Horribly frustrating,  and I am honestly digusted that this kind of customer service is given. I will never step foot in this place again.

Staff was very helpful. I was having trouble deciding in what section a book would be and she immediately, without a second thought, took me to the front and told me where it would be located.
