The regular prices are pretty good, especially with their discount card. Some of their discounted prices are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are places to sit and a nice cafe.  Half the store smelled a lot like weed when I was there.

Decent store, plenty of selections, some markdowns too.. Just now wow factor.. Pretty basic bookshop.

This store is kept neat and well-presented. The cafe area is not as neat, as tables and chairs get moved around, and every time I am there, I find books and magazines all over empty tables. Staff does come by and clean those up, but I usually come in the evening, and there is only one employee in the cafe area at that time, and she is both stocking and making coffee. That said, the cafe is still a nice place to spend time, and the coffee is good. The food items are a bit rich and lack variety, but that part is not very important to me. The hours are good, with the store and cafe open until 10 on weekdays.

I do find it difficult to find a staff member to help me find what I need. Last time I was there, I had to ask around to find staff, and another customer helped me find a staff member. At night especially, I think there just aren't enough staff scheduled. However, store staff are friendly and helpful when you do find them.  Most of them are knowledgeable about what is on the shelves and can help you find what you are looking for or give you ideas if you need them.

Not being able to order books that are in print is pretty annoying. Wasted trip to the store.
