Return policy is horrible and the manager at the laural store and at the arundel mills store is very rude. I will never shop at the company again. I will tell everyone i know not to spend there money with this company

The manager at the laurel location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly at a store before. I was there looking for some books with my kids and she yelled at us to clean up the books we had left on the floor that we were still considering getting. Shop on Amazon and avoid rude manager. I will NEVER go there again.

his location has change visted it on Wednesday as soon as I entered. Store it was as if they had never seen a black man in a bookstore asked for a book gentleman and gentleman was so
nervous he forgot section book was in have never been in a book and treated like that emailed mgmt no response
