This is a great little shop in a book barn near a house, next to a lake. It's casual; the owner will show up in the shop when you enter, coming in from the house, if there aren't yet any other customers. The shelves are full of books, and they are also spilling out in neat rows on the floor in the aisles, on shelves overhead, and so forth. It's easy to get lost in here, but everything is organized into sections of interest.

There's a floor upstairs, chairs to sit in, and they're very helpful in finding what you like. Come with ideas of subjects you're interested in, not necessarily the exact items, and you'll leave delighted and several books heavier.

This is truly the most wonderful used book store! Excellent atmosphere: book shelves to the ceiling, overflowing into stacks on the floor, two levels and multiple rooms give you the feeling of treasures in every nook. The owner is kind and knowledgeable. I always stop here when I'm in the area and never leave without an armful of exciting finds.

Great prices, extensive collection, well organized, neato staircase, come prepared with ample free time to browse! Worth the drive for sure!
