They refused to give me a refund on a physical copy of an UNUSED student access code for my online homework because there was a smear (about 1 cm) of pen ink on the outside cover. Most items sold here are overpriced and the staff lacks energy to serve customers.

Love bookstores and love this one devoted to kids. Helpful staff. Great selection of books and toys and the odd gift. I always stop here when shopping for a good kids gift. My most recent purchase, however, was a puzzle for myself.
