We were on an RV accommodations tour from Idaho and stopped at Boondocks, on recommendation, for food and fun. We came on a Sunday morning and were happy to be able to park the RV in the parking lot. It was nice to get out of the RV, stretch our legs and let the kids play. We wanted to experience the entire facility, so we stayed most of the day trying out all the attractions. We found the staff to be very friendly. The food and beverage manager, Tyler was outstanding. He was very accommodating and helpful. The facility was clean, well maintained and they had great food, with quick service. Our 4 year old was finally 40" so he got to do everything we did, including riding passenger on the go carts. He loved being a part of the family race team. He also loved the laser tag. He was in his element, running around tagging his brothers. I had never played laser tag before and was surprised at how fun it was. I would definitely recommend Boondocks to all ages. This was a good bonding time for the whole family.

Normally this is a five star place to bring the kids. The last few weekends we have came to try and bowl. They have bowling lanes down, not working properly. They said about an hour wait. We waited over an hour and checked back and was told maybe another 45 min! We tried coming back today same issue. Their arcade card machines have been down for two weeks as well. Needless to say, this has been frustrating and taking our business somewhere else. Rush in Syracuse hasn't let us down.

They stole me over because of their incredible customer service. My son popped his prize from a game and they just got him a brand new one! They also wanted to make us happy as a large group. It was a fun, and fairly clean environment, and there is never not something to do. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the outrageous price.

My wife and I are in town visiting our grandchildren. This past Sunday we went to Boondocks to bowl, but ended up getting the unlimited passes. We drove the go karts, bowled three games, played in the arcade, played laser tag, and watched/rode the XD/4D Haunted mine. A good time was had by all! P.S. My thanks to your helpful and courteous staff. Kudos to the young men running the go carts in a safe and professional manner.

“VERY dissatisfied with the service we received today. Our family loves to come here to have a great time but after today we will no longer be coming here. The employees at the restaurant did not get our full order and after letting them know they said they would bring us our full order and never did. We waited and waited until we were called to go Bowl so we left. As SOON as we left, 3 employees came rushing to clean our table and overheard them talking bad about me and how I had asked a question that I believe was reasonable but thought it was “stupid” to them. Every customer should get everything that they paid for and not made fun for asking a reasonable question. Please train your staff to be more professional. “
