Wow. Years ago I used to love this place. The cinnamon rolls were massive and fluffy. The breakfast food was something to remember. Now it's just something to dread thinking about. The omelette's were cold, the sausage tasted...stale....for the lack of a better word. Awful. The only thing that got it a second star was the fry bread. Awesome. That is the only thing I would eat there, personally.

I honestly believe that what they serve at Granny Annie's, is the definition of 'Comfort Food'. Every time that I've eaten there, I've been served mass amounts of great tasting food, for an even better price! Such a sweet staff of server's. Their scones w/ honey butter, are to die for! BTW ♡♡♡ I personally prefer it over any IHOP or Denny's restaurant.

A stay in kaysville is not complete without eating breakfast at Granny Annie’s. Be warned, serving sizes are bigger than most other diners but everything is delicious! Scones are the most popular but I’d also recommend getting a sweet roll and hot chocolate

Loved it. My sandwich was amazing and huge pancakes. Hash browns was not so good. Burnt taste to hash browns but everything else wonderful.

We went for the first time there today (11/2/17) on a Thursday morning at around 8am for breakfast and it was really good, hearty food. But it wasn’t the warm comfy atmosphere that I had hoped for. Due to a lack of customers at this time, only half of the restaurant was lit, which is understandable. But the place was also freezing cold. On top of that, there was no background music playing, which left only the awkward noises of sparse conversations and the clinking noises of dishes and utensils from the eating patrons. We will probably go back for another try on a Saturday morning as I always see lots of traffic there.
