Our agent Kristen Flora was outstanding. She went above and beyond any agent We have ever dealt with. She explained our new policies until we were satisfied. As she made changes she kept us in the loop. She also explained how to get better rates with our car policy in which we did not know. Thank you for all your hard work finding us the best rates possible.
