After receiving bad quotes from multiple insurance agencies, Susan at Garrett Wietholter State Farm was a breath of fresh air! I felt truly cared about as a customer, and received the best customer service I have ever had - not to mention a rate that I think reflects my clean driving record and habits. We also paired renter's insurance with my car insurance, leading to another discount and piece of mind in case the unexpected strikes. Good luck to your son in Sports Medicine, Susan! Love working with Garrett and his team.  Garrett is a genuine person and understands the value of a long term relationship with a client.  I also love dealing with Jessica in his office.  Although I have never met her, she almost feels like family.  She is always willing to go above and beyond to provide prompt and friendly assistance.  She always recognizes me when I call, which makes me feel a lot let like a "number" and more like a person.  I would recommend Garrett to anyone looking for a great insurance agent.

Garrett is an outstanding insurance agent who goes above and beyond for his clients. I've been a customer of his for 10 years and only have the best things to say about him and his staff. Through him, I have auto insurance, life insurance, homeowners insurance, and even a credit card. All my bills are easily accessed online or mail and the benefits and details of the insurance coverage is clear with no hidden caveats. 

I've had to contact Garrett in two emergency situations, both on the weekend, and I was very pleased with his service. One time was when I was in an auto accident and wasn't sure of what to do (Did the police need to come? What information of the other driver did I need? etc). I called Garrett and he was able to answer my questions for me and even stayed on the phone with me through the whole process. The other time was back in spring 2008 when there was a lot of rainfall and my house got some flooding. Garrett came to the rescue; he brought fans and a sump pump to help empty water out of the crawl space and dry it out. That was truly ABOVE AND BEYOND! 

Garrett treats you like family and I highly recommend his services.

I could not be more pleased about my experiences with Garrett Wietholter and his State Farm location in Zionsville. I have required multiple claims over the years, and I am always shocked at how prompt and courteous the staff is, and how effectively they deal with other insurance companies. I never feel like I'm being rushed, or that I'm asking too many questions. They are so supportive, generous, and kind. They respond to my emails and phone calls almost immediately, which is truly unheard of. One time, I had to bring my 1-year old to the office when my babysitting plans fell through. My son got a bit cranky throughout the process, so Garrett brought him a State Farm teddy bear and my son absolutely loved it! I was so impressed, and it was such a relief to be able to focus on my appointment and not have to worry about entertaining my son. At that moment, Garrett was more than just an insurance agent, which is why we continue to go back. I truly have nothing but positive things to say!

Garrett and his team are truly the best. They have had my auto, home and investments for nearly two decades and always deliver superior service no matter what. Garrett and his team are professional, kind and caring people who take excellent care of each of their clients in a truly personal way. Thanks for taking such good care of me and my family. I wouldn't go with anyone else but Garrett and his State Farm team!
