My husband and I had a great experience working with Matt from Boone Real Estate. We have loved visiting the High Country for more than 30 years and decided to buy a second home there. Because Matt is a native, he was so helpful in discussing the pros and cons of different areas. We thought we new a lot about the area and where we wanted to be but in the end, Matt found us a gem in an area we were not originally considering. We were pleasantly surprised and very glad that we were open to his suggestions. We didn't make an offer right away and then starting realizing it was going to be the one that got away if we didn't act! Matt was happy to meet with us at the last minute and get a contract on our place. He was helpful in negotiations and it was quickly and easily a done deal. We would highly recommend him especially if you want a person who really knows each communities personality and vibe.  Thanks Matt!
