Great upscale "Trailer" Park. I call it the Neighbor Park because we have more of a nice neighborhood going. Perhaps the wave the future for manufactured home living... meaning clean, safe and more set up like a real neighborhood, good neighbors and all at a lower cost then regular traditional homes and neighborhoods.

It's a trailer park. Cops like to catch everyone speeding or running stop signs. Not a great neighborhood but not noticeable in crime either. Friend lives there, houses are farley put together and not junky

Out with the OLD and in with the NEW. Change has definitely been for the better....So FAR. I can honestly say, what was stated in our new lease packet, that was going to get taken care of, has been. New street signs, new trailers, old dead trees cut down and removed, pool updated, and our DUCKS have come back to the pond! (Now if we could get some water added for them to swim in!) On the flip side our lot rent was raised, a majority of us, feel stuck. Some of the older tenants are on a strict income and have expressed how are they supposed to stretch another $95.00. Other young working family's with two incomes wonder how are they supposed to afford lot rent, a trailer payment, utilities, and all the expenses that come with raising a family. Yes, our neighborhood is beautiful, but it should also remain AFFORDABLE, isn't that the reason we have chosen to live in a mobile home park, instead of buying a home???? Hope this information is helpful to ALL that chose to read it!
