If you want to live in Flower Village make sure u have a dog.  The whole place is like a dog kennel.  Continuous barking etc....  Very noisy park.  You have continuous Base noises ( gun range),  animals barking,  residents partying all night and excessive neighborhood noises.  The park will not intervene to solve any issues with your neighbors,  they tell u to call the cops.  I lived there for 4 years personally.  This is all thru my own experiences.

This place is great, we just started living here, the staff is amazing, especially Russ, he has helped us so much making our transition here a breeze. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home.
