A TRUE Dutch Bakery. The cookies are just the right amount of crunch and not hard as a rock. The cakes are moist with the just right amount of icing. The icing itself is in a good balance of being sweet, creamy, and flavorful. Nothing here has that sickeningly sweet issue that most bakeries have, it is all about flavor. They really deliver on delectable, flavorful sweets! I am going to be a regular here. Especially when I need a fix for a lemon bar.

AMAZING! there is no other way to describe the quality, flavor and craft that goes into their pastries. We had a chocolate caramel cake that was the best thing I've eaten in a couple years. the ganache was smooth and not to thick or too thin. the crumb was moist and delicate and the icing was light and fluffy. there is absolutely nothing I would change nor are you going to find a better bakery in this city.

New obsession, and I have a sweet tooth! I was told by my co workers to go here. I just moved to CS so I'm happy they told me about this place. Got the apple strudel for me and the bf, a cinnamon roll, and I got my coworkers some cherry/cheese pastry...all were incredible says I, the bf, and coworkers. Will be coming here at least once a week from now on :)

From the outside looks like just another pad site on Filmore, on the inside it's cozy and stocked like the high quality boutique neighborhood bakeries I've been to in Dallas, Austin, and Portland. They have a lot of variety and I've been impressed with everything I've had so far. This is not the kind of place you'd expect to find on Filmore, but it's just the kind of place I will support because they are doing their part to being culture, substance, and quality to the neighborhood.

Best bakery in town. Second place checked for our daughter's wedding cake. Didn't look any further. Have used their for cakes for other functions. Always excellent.
