Old Colorado City is so cute and so is this gem! The croissants here are ridiculously good. Soft and flakey they melt in your mouth.  The french onion soup is by far one of the best I have ever had. A constant stop for us after church, or anytime we are in the neighborhood!

They have delicious French Onion Soup. It's always cheesy and bubbling when they serve it. Service is friendly and they have a large yet tasteful menu. Fresh fruit has changes with the seasons and is quality. Bread is fresh-baked.

My wife and I have been eating at La Baguette (on Colorado Blvd) for more than 8 years. Consistently good food well presented in a comfortable bistro-style setting. The upstairs wine bar, open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, is a friendly bar with an old world feel. Sitting on a leather couch in front of the fire is a particular pleasure on a cold winter evening.

I love this place! My wife and I frequently go to La Baguette for breakfast and lunch. The portions aren't huge but you also don't leave feeling like you ate too much. They have decent coffee.  The bread is amazing. The French onion soup and the dessert are also top notch.

Always and I mean always The Best!!!!! We have nothing to compare with in Pueblo. I am originally from Chicago and accustomed to great culinary choices and excellence. GREAT JOB!!!!!
