I chose Booska because the estimator (Matt) who arrived to look at our house and discuss prices was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made suggestions, gave tips for reducing costs, and really seemed to know what he was talking about. The move was paid by our work and we were required to have 4 estimates--Booska's was not the lowest but they were by far the most professional group and that's why we chose them. When I had questions prior to finalizing things, they were answered quickly and with full information. The estimate was very detailed and gave us all the information we needed. 

Then, when they showed up to make the move happen, they were amazing. Booska Movers are fantastic! This was my fourth interstate move and Booska was by far the best company I've ever worked with. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and accurate. They showed up exactly when they said they would (on both ends), the packers were incredibly efficient but also careful and very friendly as my kids and cats observed, and they got the stuff to us really quickly. Plus they were painstakingly careful, and didn't bump or chip anything. Their original estimate was also very close, and they ended up returning a small check to us for things they had over-estimated. I can't recommend them more highly.

I wanted to take a moment to follow up on the job your crews did for us at Champlain College's Fitness Center in December and January. I greatly appreciated your staff and the professionalism, logic and excellent team skills exhibited by both the crew that moved our weights off the floor prior to replacement and the crew that moved equipment back on to the new flooring! They showed great care in protecting our new floors, paying close attention to detail and demonstrating patience during the slower process of reassembling equipment. Thanks for having a stellar crew! I will happily recommend and/or call upon your team again, should the need arise.

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how professional, polite, conscientious and efficient John and Otto were yesterday as they were dismantling, wrapping and loading my bedroom furniture onto the truck. They even helped me put together a king size platform bed and set it up in my room. I know we do a lot of business with you with our clients, but this was my firsthand experience having my own furniture moved and it was very positive. Hardworking employees are difficult to find these days, but it looks like your company has found two!

You guys were fantastic.  You always kept us informed, you were always on time, the packing crew was great and extremely friendly, and the delivery crew was great.  Thank you so much.

We sampled the two young men in Naples and were most impressed. DJ and Bryan were completely professional and stayed at task the whole day. I left in the middle of the day to go to the dentist and thought that they would go out for some lunch ( or I would have brought some back). But they hadn't stopped and when they left every trace of Booska Movers had vanished. Greg, Bryan and DJ were wonderful and the next time I hear anyone who needs a mover I will certainly put your firm up front!
