I couldn't agree more with the other review. The "manager" could not make me a photocopy of the ten page lease I had to sign. He is NEVER at the storage facility; when I call his response is often, "I came in early last week, and I since I am not getting paid to be here, I will not be here. Sorry for the inconvenience. He also told me on the phone the locker would be $60. When I arrived he showed me a small mostly fenced in locker and told me $80 when I tried to sign the lease. He also said he was open 6 days a week when I began renting...what a joke. There is also a man who does seem to live there, who said to me once, "You better stop showing up here. I hear wedding bells when I see you." I could go on all day long about how TERRIBLE this facility is. Save your time, effort and money. I am now moving out of the facility and can't even get there because of all the time of the manager has. What a joke this place is. Please, heed my warning!!!!

My son has stored his apartment furniture here for two summers. The proprietor has been helpful, courteous, prompt, and friendly. The warehouse is a bit dark and dank, but no water or moisture problems at all. Call ahead and reserve space, as this site is well located in mid-Burlington and very popular, so it fills up fast. Not a 24-hr site, so plan to move in/out in daytime. With all the hubbub of moving experienced while at the warehouse, I never heard any negative comments and the proprietor has been helpful and supportive to absolutely everyone I met. Highly recommended.
