They close whenever they want. I have wasted my time on several occasions because they post online that they close at 7pm but I get there at 5 or 6pm and they are closed. Even when I called around 4:30pm, they said they close at 5pm. I know its a Saturday and we all want to be out and about but you are running a business and its quite important to some people that you are there when you say you will be so people can pay their phone bills. Thanks.

I went here to get my new phone activated and give my son my phone for activation to his number.  First dude says, "oh it's $15", so I said "both" he goes, "yea, uhhhh, no, each". I should have left but the other Boost that does not charge for this was closed at that hour.  He sat and pecked with the drip faucet sound on both phones he worked on, changing my quiet touch to this maddening drip.   He then didn't take my credit card and said I had to use the atm and give him cash. Then as we were leaving he stood by the register and actually thought we would BELIEVE he was ringing up his "dope fiend move" money....If I thought Boost could do something about it, I would contact them, but this is a franchise.
