Cathy at the Yuma, Az store was incredibly helpful when I needed to get a refund.  She went over and beyond!  Cathy called other stores for information and worked very hard to be sure my needs were met.  This was especially appreciated since my experience at the Boot Barn in Mesa, Az was not as satisfactory.  The Boot Barn corporation should be very appreciative of employees of Cathy's caliber.  Because of her I will definitely be returning.
