Wow, owner was extremely rude and short. Needed a new pair if soles on my favorite boots...they are tan...he "offered" black soles with no other options...really man, you don't have the ability to order brown rubber soles? Would not recommend this business based on customer service, or maybe he's just that good at his job that he can afford to be a jerk...you'll have to make that choice.
