I placed an order for a Christmas gift in early to mid November via Amazon. I was given and ETA of December 5th.  I followed up with the store via Amazon, only to have my order canceled.  There was never an attempt from the store to let me know the order could not be fulfilled.  The customer service I received when calling to inquire was anythi g buy stellar. I was brushed off with no apology, only excuses.  I would not recommend ordering online with this company.  Their online availability  is clearly not linked to their true stock. There is also no follow through when items are not available.  Poor customer service. Disappointed.

I really like this store, I have bought 2 pairs of western boots from there so far and I'm sure there are more to come. Just wish they had a wider selection of each size.

Boot barn has an excellent selection of work boots...staff has been very friendly and informative.  Certainly recommend them for your work wear needs.
