The sign said now open. So I figured the place was new. Evidently they have been around for a year already. Mary greeted me at the door and showed me around, evidently I looked lost! She was very knowledgeable about the products they have in stock, and tried very hard to find me a pair of work boots. As an aside, they didn’t have the work boots I wanted in my size. She apologized for that, but it’s hard to find anything in my size other than online. They did have plenty of normal boots in my size though. She also made recommendations and answered all of my questions. I’m impressed enough that I will definitely be back.

I got my first pair of cowgirl boots here last week. I love them! We were there in the morning, shortly after they opened, and there only seemed to be one person working. Having said that, she was very helpful. She helped the other customers, while checking on us several times, and even gave some advice on finding the perfect fit. She set us up with the rewards program, and I've already got a $15 credit from what we spent! Overall a great experience.

Went in looking for a certain boot, they had it and had my husband size. The store was clean, neat and the employees were awesome help.

Wow that manager AJ sure had a great attitude. His sense of humor was contagious and really kept us entertained! He helped us buy two pairs of Western boots, socks, boot care products, boot trees, and signed us up for a rewards program and an SMS program. What a great guy in a great store. Thank you Boot Barn. We will be your customers for life and tell everyone about the wonderful experience!
