Have been a loyal customer for years, bought 4 pair of boots in the last 2 years, fill my propane tanks regularly and today I asked about getting my boots stretched. Young lady working was trying to be helpful as I was asking her questions,when the older lady started answering (with her back to me). Very rude answers and rude behavior. Will talk to the manager before I decide to shop there again

Owner is incredibly nice! If I have a question and call the store - person answering the phone is always super helpful!!

Poor customer service and the older gal that waited on me was very rude. I had purina coupons for feed and she questioned them. I actually had a letter and the original envelope but didn't bother wasting my time with her as she didn't care to listen anyway. I will not shop there again. There are far more places to purchase grain , boots etc with much friendlier service then this place.

Love getting our birdseed here! We can bring in our dog and the young women who work there couldn't be nicer or more helpful!
