This was such a weird experience. My husband and I walked in and were told if you need any help just ask and everyone smiled as we said thank you. I found my boots and my husband walked up to an employee with 2 pairs in his hand wanting to k ow about a different size. The man didn't acknowledge the first request for help and my husband asked a 2nd time very politely...the man turned to him and said no. That's it. When asked why (out of pure curiosity on our part) he simply responded that he didn't want to and turned away. It was the weirdest thing in the world. Not minutes before did that same man offer to help me out in a very friendly manner. So needless to say, this place lost our business and respect because that was really insulting. A very thin girl tried to smooth it over and help when the portly man turned away from us but we had no interest at that point.

I quickly noticed the scent of leather upon entering, which many may find gives this boot store an authentic feel. The store is well stocked with many different boots for women, men, and even children. The staff are very friendly and look the part too, which is a nice touch. The prices can be steep, but it is understandable due to the quality and manufacturing of these boots. This is a good stopping point in Nashville for those looking for some southern attire.

Got a great deal on boots and a Stetson!  The sales people were very helpful without being pushy or intrusive.  They were friendly and very helpful, almost like a friend.  I left with a selfie of my sales friend😉

We didn't buy anything so I can't vouch for the quality of the boots. However, it makes for a fun moment for anyone visiting downtown Nashville.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We went during the CMA Music Fest on accident. They did the buy one, get two free and it was so refreshing to have awesome staff that were willing to work with you without feeling rushed in the mass of people who were there.
