I went in and looked at a pair of shoes that the  sales manager said he would price match, then he said no I can't price match with online stores. He said it would need to be a store front - I showed him a store front price and he said no...I would need to have a picture of the actual shoebox and scan code. Really- don't say you price match unless you mean it. I grew up in Crossville and always shopped at French's Shoes. I am so disappointed in the fact that another store listed the same shoes for more then $20 less. I can no longer support your good ole boy, honest reputation! Not to mention that the girl waiting on me was a sweet heart and the man that was behind the counter was not even close to nice.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.  Great selection of top-name boots.  I walked in wearing hiking shoes and walked out wearing new boots!  Fit like a glove; could not be happier!  I would have stayed in the store longer but had to fly out that night.  Will be back for sure!!

THANK YOU Josh was. Excellent! Chris has a lot of faith! Service was excellent  all-around  and they were very patient  as I struggled to make a decision. The boots are very comfortable! We purchased two pairs one man one woman's.   Chris, thank you for the extra faith, the van started!

I bought my husband a $750 pair of boots last Christmas and was so excited to give him the most expensive pair of shoes he has ever owned, a pair of Gator boots. One boot is smaller than the other and when he went in to take care of the problem the store manager, Chris, ridiculed him by saying that he wore them and the return policy is such that they could not take them back. My husband is a reasonable man and he said that is not the issue, one boot fits different than the other, one is smaller and is uncomfortable. "Chris", the store manager,  then suggested that my husband has one foot smaller than the other. We have never had this issue come up with a pair of shoes from Kohls, Dillard's, Macy's or even Walmart so why with French's Justin boots?? "Chris" said he would reorder them and it would be a custom order and take 3 months, my husband checked in with French's after 3 months and nobody could find the reorder so "Chris" lied about the reorder. This company has the lowest integrity level of any company we have ever made a purchase from. I would never recommend purchasing anything from this company or Justin Boots ever. Save your money and make an extra car payment, which this boot purchase was more than. Very low integrity company that has horrible customer service.
