I have long hair and asked for just a trim and that's what she did except she used thinning scissors on my hair I will never go back here again now my hair is so thin and isn't getting thicker worst experience ever

Always get great service here. I wish I knew the gentleman's name that normally cuts my hair so I could add a shout out but expect good service and friendly conversation.
