Horrible service walled in at 420 when they closed at 5 the boss stood outside smoking at the front door for 5 mins while Tracey stood in the back having us wait then the boss comes in from smoking and says sorry we're closing early can't take any of the kids!! Think u coulda said something while we walked past u smoking at the door!! We have been coming for years and the service just gets worse!!

I called a few days before and was told no appointment was needed. I found out an appointment was preferred. I went for a perm, and my hair did not turn out well. The spirals I wanted are there however much of my hair is straight. Extremely disappointed. I will not go back to have it corrected as I don't feel as if the women I encountered enjoy the salon or the owner, and apparently the owners daughter shorts pay checks. They were complaining about a customer who comes in and never wants to pay the right amount. And to top it off, I got to watch a lady sitting on the curb outside huffing out of a paper bag the whole time.

Completely honestly, I've been going to this place for years, even back when they were located in Nine Mile and Hayes. They do men's hair fantastic, seeing as I'm a dude. They might not do women's hair well, but I wouldn't know. They are a warm and inviting place. They may not be the most professional, but they have a charm that other places lack. They have never once turned me away, or mad me feel foolish in my years of going there. Not the perfect place, but pretty good in my opinion.
