Got my hair cut and colored today. The rose gold color. She did a great job and was very nice and respectful to me and my kids. After getting home I am a little disappointed that color didn't go all the way to roots but I'm just gonna call tomorrow to see if I can get that small problem fixed. Overall very impressed with everything.

I got two haircuts today.  For the first one, the bangs had an extra piece hanging down (which I specifically requested to be cut), they were straight when I asked for an angle, pieces of hair underneath were not cut at all, and the right side was an inch longer than the left.  I only really wanted a trim with a bit more curve and the bangs fixed.  The second time, they fixed most of the problems, but instead of having the U shape I wanted for the bottom of my hair, half is at an odd angle, and the other half is curved.  My hair is NOT symmetrical, and I don't plan on going here again.

I have gone to this location to get my hair done since 1990.  I have cut my hair the same for the last 5 years "Jaime lee Curtis" style.  On December 14th I had a new stylist who seemed more concerned about the weather (it was snowing) than cutting my hair.  I asked for the cut to be above the ears.. it is not..   I had to ask at least 3 times for her to cut it shorter.. she did not.   Can not tell you her name because it was not on her mirror nor was I introduced as they always do.    Needless to say calls to the store manager go unreturned.  I contacted the corporate office, and they say the location manager will be contacting me, it has been a week now.  How can they make good on their promise on the 7 day warranty when no one will return a call.  I didn't even get a receipt.   I guess I should have asked but I was too disgusted by the way she just took off the cape and said you're done.     It has been since the 14th and I reported the cut on the 16th and have yet to hear from anyone.    I will got back and I will pay the extra fee to have Brittany cut my hair.  She is amazing!
