I've recieved haircuts here before and they have been decent, if not a little pricey. However, my visit today was sub par. First, I walked in and waited for 5 minutes for someone to address me, in fact there was no one to be seen in that time. When I did get service a second woman came out the back with two kids. The children were wearing the employee aprons and playing with the equipment.  This leads me to believe she muct have worked there her self. One of the kids even hit with a broom, by mistake.

While I was getting my hair cut, the hairdresser stopped several times to conversate with other workers and patrons. The cut took twice as long as it could have. As far as I could tell they were more put off by my presence than welcome for the business, and the simple mens cut ended up costing $17.50, and they still expect a tip. It's not that the cut was bad, or I'd have given them a 1 star, but very unprofessional. It has never been like this before, so if they are under new managment they need to switch back. Until I see some new faces in there I won't be going back.

Went in for  a drastic change on a whim and got color, highlights and a cut and I could not be more happy.

I went in for a fade explain ed that the last thing I wanted was a buzz cut.. yet in the end she didn't listen all my hair ended up the same length and was way to short. The front was all in even and this ruined my day. I will never go back.
