Honestly it can be a hit or miss really. Almost every time I've gotten my hair cut there I've absolutely loved it. They always give me a really nice neckline and do a nice job blending the back of my hair with clippers. The top is always layered pretty nicely as well. 

However there have been one or two stylists who I absolutely hated my experience or haircut afterwards. One case was a relatively new girl I had never seen before.. she cut my bangs way too short and my sides were uneven with the clippers [luckily I could fix the clipper cut stuff myself at home] 
and the other time, while my hair cut was decent. Slightly better than what I can manage to do myself, the girl seemed really distant and a bit rude. When I was trying to explain that I wanted my bangs to be the same length but everything else cut shorter she just couldn't understand at all what I was saying. Seems pretty simple right? Either she was having a bad day or she just doesn't care enough to listen after she's already started cutting. 

Honestly though, I've been there a good 20 times [most likely more than that], and only two times out of all of them had I ever had a bad experience.

I have been there for a cut and loved it. I let my hair grow out so the stylist can work with something.  Well I got.there 2 employees  we're there. The girl that did my cut butchered  my hair. I wanted a c@ yahoo Hi sis ut that was off my shoulders. Either I didn't  explain so she could  understand  or she just doesn't know how to cut. I wanted my hair to blend I have thick hair. so needs thinning out a little. The girl is 17 and just out of beauty  school. I was on the verge of crying. When I noticed  a chunk of hair on the side that wasn't  repairable. Even her coworker came over to fix it and wasn't  able too.. I felt bad for the young girl. But now I have to wait until my hair grows out some. Not happy here at all. I will never go there again. Oh it also took 2hours to cut. grrr
