This salon is full of great talent! They were very steady which is a great sign! I always question it when the salon is empty how good they really are! But even with the traffic they got me in and out and made me feel great! The best part is I didn’t feel rushed! These girls are use to the busier flow!

Went for a hair color to go from black to auburn red. I knew I needed bleaching because I dyed my hair all black but the lady helping me wouldn't even consider it and decided to put the red over my black and make me wait about 5 hours doing it. The end results were so horrible the top of my head was only ORANGE and the rest were black. She offered to have me come back for a second session but she still charged me 40 bucks for wasting my time and ruining my hair. I shouldn't have been charged anything since my hair goal wasn't even accomplished. I'm never going back to this location again. I was however able to go to the Hoover location where the ladies bleached my hair colored it and styled it for me in 4 hours. And the payment was worth it then. It's been 4 months down the road and till this day I think about the shifty service I received. And having to walk around with a partial orange head. Abomination !
