DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I had placed an order online, for items they had listed as in their stock, but did not legitimately have in their stock. After over a month of trying to get a refund, I still have not received one. Highly unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!

Terrible place don’t order anything online thanks God I paid with AMEX  and the dispute was quickly solved, but they’re a bunch of liers

Avoid online orders at all cost. I never received my order and can not get a refund even though I've emailed 4 times and called countless times. If it was a larger order I would sue.

This online business of theirs is a scam.  I placed a large order from them and they kept giving me the run-around on why it hadn't shipped yet.  They disconnected their 1-800 number and their website has been down for weeks now.  Two months later I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.  Avoid this place

They are so rude, it's shocking. I emailed asking if they carried a certain spirit and they said they could special order it if I was interested. I said yes and that I would want 2 bottles. They said it would take a month and to check back then (it certainly would have been nice if they offered to contact me when they received it). I asked if they could in fact contact me when it arrived and they said yes. 

I took it upon myself to email one month later and they had not ordered it because there was no special order made. What???? I sent them the email thread and they just wouldn't admit that they messed up and didn't order it. Asked if I wanted to order it and if so, they would need a credit card. I asked if they could confirm the vendor had it in stock and they could ship immediately - since I had already waited a month. Their response was that ... "as mentioned before this is a special order, yada yada yada." Not only were they rude, they didn't even confirm that the product was in stock with the vendor. Who would ever want to do business with service like this for god sakes. Horrible, really horrible.
