Cute lil shop. What really makes it is the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable. If you need education or suggestions please ask them. The prices are more than trader joes but you are paying for the knowledge and expertise. Also if you get a membership you get free bottles every now and then.

Staff  very rude and unhelpful. My bf and I just got kicked out because the guy had to close the store on a Saturday at 2pm.

Very nice ambiance, very good selections, prices are steep when compared to Astor wines just 3 blocks away who have great selections, or S+P around the corner at 2nd Ave and 5th St who have good selections.

What a wonderful store!!! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is excellent. There's something for everyone, from beautiful special-occasion bottles to grab-and-go everyday drinks! I especially appreciate all the featured NY local spirits. There's such a welcoming energy there, and I always leave smiling. My new favorite East Village wine/liquor store by FAR!
