This place has a take it leave it attitude. Placed an order over the phone and went to the store to confirm the order and pay onlu to find they had no idea about the order. So I didn't think it was a big deal and just placed the order again and scheduled to pick it up in 3 days. When I went to pick up the flowers, again they had no idea what I was talking about. As I showed them the card with the order and record of payment, they said they didn't have my flowers in the color I requested so I would have to pick from what was on hand. I couldn't believe it. The shop worker said that if I didn't like that I could have my money back. Giving my money back really wasn't the issue. It was the fact that I had preordered, verified and paid for the item only to find that they didn't follow through. They had absolutely no apologies and no consideration for not having fulfilled the order and their simple solution to the issue was to refund the money. Beautiful flowers,  but this place has a bad attitude and poor customer service.

Only gave one star because no option for zero! He charged $100 AND DID NOT DELIVER!

If I could give this place a zero star rating i would. Requested a Bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentines Day. The owner David had said it would not be a problem for same day delivery because my wife works down the block from this establishment. I was told that the flowers were delivered to my wife, called my wife and the flowers were not delivered to her. Called the owner and his wife back , just to check again, and i was put on the phone with the driver. I got my wife on the phone with me and the driver. We were both told that not only was it delivered, but it was delivered to my wife and to the address I listed. It simply was not as we told the driver and we were hung up on. I always reward good service and this simply was not. I will not be doing business with Bosmat and implore you to do the same. PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I have used Flowers in Queens two times. The first time was for my mother's birthday. Everything was as promised and the flowers were perfect. My mom loved them!!

The second time I ordered some flowers for my wife's birthday and on the day of delivery, we got something completely different from what I had ordered.

I called to complaint and spoked with the owner.  She was very gracious and apologized profusely.  She found out that her supplier at the delivery address, for some reason, decided to send whatever they had instead of what was ordered without notifying her.  

She offered to make it right by re-making a new order based on what I had originally ordered free of charge.  I was very pleased with the way she handled the situation.  Will definitely give my business to this shop in the future. This is how you do business. I highly recommend this business.

It is a fabulous flowers' shop from where I get fresh flowers. I buy flowers from here so often for my better half. She loves fresh flowers. It's a perfect place for shopping flowers. For any occasion, anniversary or wedding, I prefer to buy from this shop. I must recommend this shop to buy flowers.
