I placed a same day delivery order on their website at 7AM. The website let me choose the same delivery day and I even paid extra for same day delivery. I proceeded to receive a phone call from the owner who could barely hear me around 12 (nearly 4.5 hours after the order was placed) stating that they did not have the flowers I ordered and she didn't have anything close to it either. She also stated that she could not deliver today. This company has now left me in a huge predicament as I now have to find a florist nearby to deliver flowers same day at Noon! I do not recommend this florist, they do not know how to conduct business in a professional manner!
