Worst experience trying to get a pizza delivery,. First off the woman on the phone was coughing and burping so that was appealing, then they said a half hour it would be here . An hour and a half later after a bunch of texts and calls trying to understand a guy that doesn't speak a lick of English,. The pizza showed up freezing cold so we called the store they said they could take 10% off so I told them to take it back and we would order somewhere else and the dude got mad and said some rude things and hung up. Great job at customer service lol. Don't waste your time here at this pizza place go somewhere else
Worst pizza and customer service. Ran out of boxes so they cut up my pizza and layered slice on slice to fit in a smaller box. I’ve never seen that before in my life. Pizza was an hour later than expected. Cold. Wings were over cooked and cold upon arrival as well. The woman answering the phone sounded like she was on drugs. Will never recommend this place to anyone. I’m not sure how they’re still open. Save yourself the disappointment and order literally anywhere else.
BEWARE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!! Ordered late night on GrubHub, we opted for no contact delivery, the driver calls us saying he "can't find" our apartment. Okay, understandable apartments can be confusing to navigate... Sent the husband down to the office to get the pizza and my husband comes back and tells me "He said he didn't know where our apartment was... But asked if that was our daughter asleep through the window." My daughter's bedroom is by the front door absolutely bonechilling. Not only did he lie about not knowing where our apartment was, he peeked into my 5 year old daughter's bedroom!!!
The girl that answered the phone was very very rude. She hung the phone up in my face .When I told her the chicken wings had blood in it. The spaghetti tasted stale. The garlic bread wasn't even toasted. She even had the nerve to tell me that's what I get from coming to Vegas. So outta line. If ur reading this don't bother wasting ur money. NASTY FOOD And even NASTER STAFF
Absolute garbage. I called to place a delivery order and the woman on the phone was so incredibly rude I ended up just hanging up and calling elsewhere. Incredible this place is even still open, shameful on the owners to let their business be this bad and I'm clearly not the only one who thinks negatively about this establishment
Boss pizza can be awesome it really depends on whose working. If Chris is your Cook, your food and pizza will be perfect.Food: 4/5
Stay away from this restaurant. I went in and imediatly seen a mouse run across my feet. It smells like feet in the facility and on top of all, they are unimaginably rude. They don't answer the phone etc. STAY AWAY. Don't waste your money please
I've never had a poor experience ordering from here - the food is nothing fancy, but it's reasonably priced and tastes good for both me and my boyfriend. Big fan of their meatball sub! Delivery people have always been very nice and prompt, as well.
We unfortunately had a terrible experience with this restaurant. Our order was running 3 hrs late when the driver texted to say he delivered our food and to our disappointment when we opened our door there wasn’t any food, we even checked both of our neighbors doors and nothing could be found. At first I texted the driver to ask what happened no response so we called the restaurant to resolve the situation, the woman who answered we incredible rude and unprofessional, unfortunately we did not get her name. It is hard to believe this business is operating with such anger and negativity, we will be reporting this business. It’s mind boggling to think she was really going to steal $77.42 from us, please save yourself the trouble.
I tried to place a pick up order, and I was told they lock the door for public and they don’t let anyone in for pick up unless you have been a customer with them for years per the lady on the phone. This the worst experience I have had for placing a pick up order in my life.
