They were super behind and cranky about it. We waited about 40 minutes after closing for our pizza. They did handle the customers that were angry very well. Pizza was made sloppy but tasted good.

*edit* I came back 12-09-22since it’s been a while. Ordered the lunch combo. Hair was found on one of the slices of pizza. So I took it back inside and was told they’d make me a fresh one. While sitting a see a roach on their floor. Disgusting Health dept needs to check this location. I ordered the pizza and Stix and a hot and ready pep. Waited the 47 minutes and got my food. Came home only to find that they gave me the wrong pizza. I didn't get my pizza and stix so I called up there with no answer. I called at least 8 times trying to get them before close. No answer. Finally got ahold of them the next day and they said, I waited too long and that I needed to bring it back up there the same night. I explained that I wouldn't have made it back in time before close and that I'd called at least 8x. I told them I still have the pizza they gave and my receipt. They still wouldn't accommodate. I wouldn't recommend visiting this particular location.
Bad experience. Ordered the EMB as a regular I know what it looks like, when I got home to share it with my niece we found the dough burnt and bubbling from lack of cheese and two pieces of pepperoni on multiple slices. Returned the pizza to hear the manager tell me it was made as ordered. Proved her wrong when I asked her to show me classic pizza and it had more of everything. Never apologized for their mistake. The company lost customers today and employees like them can easily be replaced. Luckily N.Y. style pizza are available or else I'd have to eat whatever mess they make.
Ordered Deep Dish Pizza with ground beef, drove 20 minutes to get it and 20 minutes back to our hotel to only find no meat on our pizza. Drove back to remake it and they don’t have beef. They remade the pizza and wouldn’t refund my money. The manager on duty was no help at all. Worst customer service ever. I want my money back.
This is like grading most fast food places. Unless they do something wrong it's a 4 to 5 star. They got my pizza right and on time. Good job.Food: 5/5
Lazy manager didn’t even wanna bother to come over to the register and try to solve my problem he just stood there and nodded no to the cashier without knowing the issue. I wanted to upgrade my pizza to an extra most bestest. The order was not being prepared yet, there shouldn’t have been a problem
Customer service was horrible. Didn’t get anything close to what I ordered and wouldn’t give me what I actually ordered as replacement. Workers were very unprofessional with the attitude and way they talked to customers. Definitely not going back to this location
I went in to order at about 9:30 they were closing at 10 I was told it would take about 15 mins so I went to wait in my car. As I’m waiting, I see them locking the doors, i then went to the door and reminded the cashier that I’m still waiting on my pizza. She said I would have to come back the next day and I asked her why when I had already paid. The cook from the back then goes to grab a pizza and hands it to me. The pizza must of been there all night it was horrible. Never going back
Amazingly these Pizza Pubs are popping up everywhere I am. The extra cheese n pepperoni's worth the extra 1.99! Sorry bout the 5$ pizza didn't last too long...now it's the 6.99 pizza. Plus the Garlic butter AND NOT TO MISS the Buffalo Cheese sauce. Ask & U shall receive.
